A prestigious global leader in Asset Management is currently expanding their team and looking for a thresholds reporting officer. Based in the company’s London office in the centre of the city, this is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the world’s preeminent financial firms.
· The role working with in portfolio compliance is responsible for implementing controls processes, to ensure compliance.
· Mutual fund monitoring and reporting; global syndicate offering review; ERISA monitoring, and regulatory threshold monitoring and reporting
· Identifying and reporting holdings that have are or are approaching reached prescribed thresholds
· Communicating internally with relevant groups and supporting colleagues with queries relating to shareholdings
This role is a unique opportunity to work in a premier provider of global asset and investment management and gain valued experience within a world-renowned name.
Ideally you will have experience of working within regulatory shareholding disclosures, possibly control room experience, in the investment management industry.
