Trade Execution Dealer
Duties will include, but not limited to the following:
- Day to day cash management for funds and Dublin operating companies, investing in fixed deposits, government bonds and Exchange Traded Funds.
- Trade execution of equities, corporate and government bonds, Exchange Traded Funds and FX.
- Maintaining relationships and open communication with brokers to obtain trade flow information to assist with best execution for trades executed for relevant sub-funds.
- Assist with the security selection, trade execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring of two Liquidity Funds ... circa € 300 Million AUM
- Review the daily funds cash-flow process taking appropriate actions as required e.g. advising flows to segregated managers, subscribing / redeeming units from fund of funds portfolios, adjusting cash management balances etc
- Responsibility for the overview of hedging procedures designed to maintain hedged class currency exposures within target
- Monitoring actual asset allocation of existing products to ensure compliance with UCITS notices, prospectus limits, internal investment guidelines and model portfolios advised by Investment Management department.
- Executing regular rebalancing trades designed to remedy market drift and migrate actual portfolios back to target
- Contribute towards the investment teams strategy
- Preparation of monthly board level reporting investment committee reporting
- Ad hoc projects as required
Skills/ competencies
- 2 years financial services experience (trade execution and treasury/cash management preferable)

Honours graduate (business discipline) and preferably with an investment industry qualification.
- Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Good communication skills, both oral written
- Good negotiator and personable individual
- Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Detailed knowledge of asset classes – Equities, FX, Bonds, Cash and ETF/Mutual Funds.
- Knowledge of trade execution or previous cash management experience an advantage
- Excel VBA an advantage
