RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for identifying requirements, the resulting acquisition approaches and the development of concepts to be used for maintaining and expanding business ties with corporate customers and for gaining new customers
- Guided by the bank’s strategic aims and main business policies and works closely with the relationship managers dealing with corporate customers, as well as employees from other CMIB departments, whom supports by providing pertinent information in a teamoriented manner.
- Also be required to act as a speaker within the framework of the bank’s qualification measures and at events with corporate customers.
- Holds competencies of conditions and manages
- Managing and providing corporate customers with specialized and sales-oriented advice within the area of responsibility in close collaboration with the relationship managers responsible for dealing with the relevant corporate-customer relationship
- Planning and carrying out marketing campaigns, including tender management and sharing responsibility for income within the area of responsibility
- Analysing customers’ requests and devises solutions tailored to their requirements as part of the trade finance and transaction services conducted by national and international transaction management, including documentary and guarantee business, value-added services, international trade financing, tender management, foreign exchange trading, etc.
- Supervising the conclusion of agreements with corporate customers
- Monitoring competitors and the market situation
- Advising and managing customers’ requests with due consideration given to their specific needs and the bank’s operational requirements and in accordance with the regulations
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree from a university or technical college
- Completed commercial training in the banking sector
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the respective product area of International Business and Cash Management with an international bank
- Knowledge of national and international transaction management, documentary and guarantee business as well as foreign exchange hedging
- Comprehensive knowledge of the international trade finance business
- Knowledge of cash management services which include ebanking solutions
- Advanced knowledge of country-characteristics which also include the banking environment, especially for Asian countries
- Language skills: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; German would be appreciated
- Marketing and sales skills/techniques
