Trade Support Team Leader*
- Gain exposure across Asset Classes, work closely with Investment Managers
- Mentor, develop and lead a small team, build on your product knowledge and be involved in project and process improvement initiatives

About the role
As the team leader you will be responsible for the mentoring and development of a small team, you will be responsible for reviewing their work and working closely with management and the front office. You role will be to ensure trade support operations are run smoothly; this includes the implementation of initiatives to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the team. You will also be responsible for:
- Trade verification and monitoring for varied products including FX, Swaps, Equities and Fixed Interest
- Pre and post-settlement checks, monitoring of cash movements and reconciliations
About you
You will be tertiary qualified (accounting/economics/finance/business) with previous experience in trade support/back office operations and people management.
You will be energetic, enjoy new challenges and problem solving. Your proactive personality and exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build strong business relationships and become a true business partner.
You will also possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain organised in a dynamic environment coupled with the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines as well as the commitment to follow tasks through to completion
