Trainee Head-hunter position in Front-Office Banking & Commodities focused Search-Firm recruitment

Having worked exceptionally hard to build the platform for our long-term growth plans, we are now in the position to take on the first wave of hires within the business.

We are seeking ambitious, driven and charismatic people, with a strong work-ethic and desire to succeed within this challenging arena:

Your background:

• You will display a track-record of success and hard-work  through your education background, previous work experience or extra-curricular achievements.

• Head-hunting is a very goal-orientated industry: You will be focused, competitive and self-disciplined in nature. 

• You do not need specific recruitment experience, but a natural sales aptitude or previous experience in sales-based roles will strengthen your application.

• You will be a strong communicator and have good interpersonal skills

• Creativity, an ability to learn quickly with no fear to get one’s “hands dirty” and get fully immersed in your work environment are must-have attributes.

• An understanding of the financial or commodities industries through study or previous work experience would be beneficial.

The Role:

• Jove International do not believe in “Classroom Training”: From day one you will receive hands-on training from one of the senior Partners within the company.

• You will be guided on how to win and secure new business, how to seek out and approach the highest-quality candidates within a specific sector of the market and how to build and maintain your client network.

• Headhunting is NOT a “9-5” job. Be prepared to work long hours in an often frustrating environment. The rewards are high, but you must be prepared to work hard for them.
