Then Sodexo may have the ideal food service management opportunity for you!! Sodexo is currently seeking Food Service Manager Trainees for various hospital accounts in the state of Texas. The ideal Food Svc Mgr Trainee will have a college degree, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to lead and effectively manage support staff, to establish and maintain great client relationships, a high level of commitment, the willingness and ability to learn new concepts and ideas, and a high degree of flexibility. The management training will be held in San Antonio for 8-12 weeks. Placement following the training will be in Texas. May require relocation. NOTE: This needs to be a Culinary Trainee Willingness to relocate. Ability and willingness to travel and have the ability to cover expenses prior to reimbursement Position Summary : Performs a variety of learning activities to ensure that incumbent acquires knowledge of Sodexo policies and procedures. After training period is completed, incumbent is expected to move into an entry level management position.
