Job Scope:
As a Regional Training Administrator you will work closely with business leaders and managers to drive training programs in the Asia Pacific region. The role demands responsibility for end-to-end training program management from driving, preparing, launching, developing and evaluating programs for all employees in the region. The role also entails delivering the training programs on time, within budget and in accordance with their procedures. The aspect of training will cover product, sales, technical, soft skills training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business.
- Recommending both in-house and with expert third party as solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, class room training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning and e-learning.
- Co-ordinating the delivery of these training solutions to your delegates which will include generic training in sales, cross cultural training, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Using resource to co-ordinate and organise regional training activities, technical and product training sessions
- Preparing Training Needs Analysis and ensuring that the conclusions of the analysis are followed up to completion.
- Responsible for organising and executing training programs, activities and facilitate learning.
- Research, identify and coordinate high quality internal and external Trainers for the delivery of this training.
- Managing relationships with external partners/ vendors and internal training resources.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Human Resources Management / Training or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of training programs management experience gained from working in a multinational or in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience gained from working in a technology company will be a definite plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential along with Mandarin.
- Experience in driving training programs/solutions from scratch to completion
- Must be customer focused with the confidence and presence to initiate and be able to build strong relationships at all levels in the organisation.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) when dealing with internal and external contacts as well as partnering with third parties.
- Organised and a self-starter.
- Good follow up on projects and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- The role requires persuasiveness, creative thinking, self-motivation, determination and problem solving skills.
- An ability to work across multiple cultures is essential, be sensitive to local issues and personalities whilst achieving the agreed regional goals.
