Trusts Senior Manager
Our client is a well-known Trust company and is looking for a Senior Trusts Manager to join their growing team. This is an extremely varied opportunity covering a job role which looks at a great deal more than just people and client management. The team are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent people and project management skills but also work on marketing and other ad-hoc projects for the team.
Some of the key responsibilities include the following:
*To head a team responsible for the management of a complex portfolio of trusts and estates, to include sophisticated tax arrangements, contentious probate cases and trust matters.
*To take ownership of own team’s performance and develop plans to deliver the required performance.
*To have client relationship management responsibility for the team; to manage and/or supervise the management of key clients, assuring service delivered by team meets company standards and/or client service agreement.
*To contribute to raise Personal Trusts profile in the business industry both promoting the business and maximising the revenue by ensuring adequate fees charges, reducing costs and increasing case management efficiency across the team.
*To participate and provide support to all new business activities and be fully engaged in the drive for new business and identify new business opportunities.
*To manage a portfolio of trusts and estates, to include sophisticated tax arrangements, contentious probate cases and trust matters, in accordance with the trust instrument and all new and amended legislation, case law and practice.
