In a business where service is everything, they are consistently looking for the best customer service agents to join their team.

Due to this, they have high standards in which you will be required to be fluent in both English and at least one other language.

We require you to be passionate about striving for the very best customer service. This is why we need you to be experienced in call centre operations, preferably in the travel sector.

You will be responsible for everyone from their residential customers to their corporate clients across languages such as Korean, Japanese, Russian and Mandarin.
