Job Description
Corporate Tax /Goods and Services Tax /Transfer Pricing
- Support Corporate Tax Team based in Singapore and transfer pricing for Asia Pacific region.
- Work with the Corporate Tax Team to ensure compliance with local corporate and indirect tax laws for the BAML South East Asia entities on matters such as filing of income tax returns, filing of indirect tax returns, review of withholding forms, review of quarterly tax provisions and renewal of tax incentives.
- US and other global tax reporting requirements including reporting of US GAAP tax provisions, reviewing US tax packs and review of tax reserve requirements for the BAML South East Asia entities.
- Provide support on the implementation of existing transfer pricing policies and models, assist in documenting appropriate transfer pricing documentation for the Asia Pacific region and assist in the review of existing and new intercompany arrangements impacting the Asia Pacific region
- Provide support for corporate tax, withholding tax and indirect tax queries and audits in primarily South East Asia and also the rest of Asia
- Provide support for advice to Business Units (Private Banking/ Global Wealth Investment Management/ Commodities/ CFO/ Human Resources), regional tax planning and assist on ad hoc projects, including transfer pricing projects
- Work on relevant new BAC issues for the Asia Pacific.

Qualifications
