Vendor Manager
Our Client, a leading bank, currently requires an experienced Relationship Manager/ Change Manager / Vendor Manager to join their Global Payments Team. The main focus of the Relationship Manager/ Change Manager’s role will be own and manage the relationships of the stakeholders for specified client Transactional Service Agreements.
Our client is renowned for recruiting talented, committed and ambitious people to help shape its business for the future. The successful Relationship Manager will will be accountable for owning the relationships with the stakeholders for specified client TSAs. They are also responsible for ensuring that the TSA owners supporting the clients are aware of, and fulfilling, their contractual obligations. They will manage the relationship with clients for all relevant Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), resolving or escalating any high severity service issues. They are also a point of escalation for change project delivery within the TSAs, and will be required to participate in Cross-Entity governance forums.
The successful applicant will possess:
• A proven track record of working within Global payments teams
• Working knowledge of business operations, retail services (Card Loan Processing, Mortgage Services, Savings) and support services (ATMs, Data Retrieval) within the banking sector, as well as other generic services (Payments, Finance, Treasury, IT)
• Experience of change management processes and high-level design
• A proven track record in relationship management within the banking industry
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience of managing Global transactions compliance service relationships
This will be a 3-month contract initially; however it is part of a multi year programme so contract renewals are likely.
