Vice President, Credit Risk Management, Global Wholesale Bank
Reporting to the APAC Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for analysing the Banks' credit portfolio of Bank and non-Bank financial institution counterparties. With substantial delegated authority, you will review and approve credit related transactions (loans) or make recommendation for approval for those outside of lending limits. Our client prides itself on dynamism and client satisfaction and as such you will also work closely with business heads to provide innovative credit risk mitigation solutions and structured transactions. Furthermore, you will handle all necessary credit documentation negotiations relating to loan transactions.
The successful candidate will possess at least 8-10 years' relevant experience within a global corporate and investment bank. Further evidence of technical ability, such as a CFA or MBA designation, is an advantage. Strong credit research and analysis skills are prerequisites as is a working knowledge of structuring and documenting loans. A good understanding of the regional regulatory environment is also desirable. As a senior member of the team, you will demonstrate first-rate interpersonal skills with experience building key relationships both internally and externally. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
