Compliance Officer – Cash Management Treasury

The Treasury Division sits within the Corporate Investment Banking Division of this global bank. Treasury Compliance is responsible for providing support and advice to the Cash Management, Capital Solutions, Card Payment services divisions as well as working in partnership with the regional and global Compliance teams.

Job Description

The Treasury division is a vital business to the bank and provides Corporate clients with cash management solutions that facilitate their business goals. The Compliance team works closely with the Treasury Managers, Dealers and Product Specialists to ensure that their advice is always fully compliant with FCA and PRA rules.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Provision of advice and interpretation on a wide range of regulatory and firm policy issues
• Advising on regulatory change issues that impact the Treasury business 
• Development and implementation of Compliance policies
• Undertaking compliance risk assessments of the products
• Reviewing new business initiatives and assessing their regulatory implications
• Development/execution of compliance education

In addition, working in partnership with other members of the regional / global Compliance team supporting similar products in other locations.

Requirements

• Must have Treasury Compliance experience in either a legal, regulatory consulting, regulatory audit or regulatory risk context
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise in an exceptionally busy working environment
• Proven communication and partnership building skills
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Financial Services
- Must understand the UK regulatory framework
