VP Business Manager
A top European bank are looking to hire an experienced business manager to take charge of their Cost control, process and optimisation. The role will report into the head of business management, and will require a strong financial background.
The Role:
Take responsibility for driving the cost management process and help manage down costs.
Support in budgeting processes, cost process and controlling.
Identify and implement control improvements and processes.
Be proactive in reporting and communications.
Review and initiate cost changes effectively.
Assist with ad hok requests.
Maintenance and distribution of action lists.
Skills / Experience:
Previous interaction with relevant personnel on allocations and attributions.
Experience working in a business management roles where you were responsible for cost reviews, budget support and cost splits.
German would be an advantage.
Can demonstrate strong understanding of business controls / operations
