VP, Business Support Manager recruitment
Role overview: Provide Business Management support to the Global Head of ECM CCR LE that includes planning and metrics, establishing standard processes and tools, strategic planning, project portfolio management, governance, quality assurance, financial and time tracking, management reporting and audit, risk and compliance. These functions are performed as ongoing support to meet the business requirements of the organization. This role is for the Business Manager for the Head of ECM CCR LE Capital.
Responsibilities:
Personnel: Maintaining accurate global organisation charts with headcount predictions, working with HR to expedite personnel processes from on-boarding to talent management, supporting in ensuring compliance with key HR processes.
Employee Enablement: Activities including coordinating/supporting elements of the pay for performance cycle (training delivery, tracking and budget adherence, succession planning, co-coordinating talent planning calibrations, PDPs tracking and adherence for team, etc).
Communications: Managing and implementing team communication and communications strategy. Activities such as town halls and business-as-usual communications (organizational announcements, etc. Defines, designs and implements communication routines and leadership presentations ensuring the strategic, overall project direction is consistent with the defined vision and strategy. Communicates strategy, financial status, delivery status, and key issues to business sponsors and delivery partners.
Administration: Coordinate administrator resources
Business continuity: Maintain CCR LE Capital business continuity plans and testing to corporate standards.
Financial Management: Ensures that funding, resources, and engagement models are aligned to support delivery objectives. Performs business case analyses; manages base and initiative budgets.
Employee Satisfaction: Activities, such as promoting the bi-annual survey and using subsequent results / feedback to implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
Process And Portfolio Governance Adherence: Install, communicate and enforce routines and processes to support the project portfolio and ensure flawless execution of project delivery. May also perform Resource Manager and/or project management activities, and project request pipeline. May drive or participates in resolution of resource contention issues. Reporting: develop and track metrics that gauge progress against the strategic goals. Provide reporting of resource utilization and capacity planning, including variances.
Audit: Tracking and escalation of all CCR LE related items
Corporate workplace: Management of the real estate utilised by CCR LE risk functions
Other responsibilities:
- Support interactions with Human Resources, Corporate Finance, Communications, Compliance, Risk, Auditing, Business Continuity, Operational Risk, Supplier Risk, and external regulatory agencies (if applicable).
- Support the organization in escalating, communicating, and resolving people, process, or technology issues with leadership team.
- Provide management of document repositories and website content, making design suggestions and improvements, and keeping content current and relevant.
- Establish and maintain standard processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement and proper execution of business, technical, people and process strategies.
