VP/ Director
Working as a Vice President or Director within Internal Audit you will be required to identify and focus on the operational risks across the regional Capital Markets business as well as other areas of the institution such as Private Banking and Asset Management. You will lead a team to perform a variety of audit assignments and special projects. As a Senior Manager you will be required to act as an ambassador for the team whilst gaining 'buy in' from key stakeholders using your commercial understanding to influence change across the company. Your role is influential in the completion of the Audit plan.
The internal audit function looks for individuals of both a high intellect and change driven nature. Consequently you will be working with some of the brightest minds in the bank and a strong academic career is essential. You must have significant experience within internal audit and have extensive exposure to Capital Markets. You must have excellent communication skills, be a relationship manager and have clear examples of change throughout your career.
