VP / Director Electronic Trading Sales
Role will develop and market DMA / electronic tarding products to a wide range of (High Frequency Trading Firms, Asset Managers, Banks, Hedge Funds, Sell Side Firms, Private Banks) The roles will appeal to VP or Director level candidates, although the employer may also consider very strong senior associates, on merit.
Job remit:
- Expand and maintain the client base
- Market the ETS products
- Overlooking strategic projects targeting new business niches to generate additional revenue for investors
- Developing mutually beneficial relationships across many areas within Prime Services by encouraging cross selling opportunities with other department
- Maintain the appropriate level of service to clients
- Developing a strong customer base and healthy pipeline of institutional investors
- Maximising opportunities to generate additional business and services through leveraging existing client relationships
- Specialising in the complete product cycle from selling DMA access across asset classes to innovative packaging and structuring according to specific client needs
- Manage the relationship with other market actors : vendors, regulators, markets, competitors
- Take part in events and conferences
- Focusing on the achievement of challenging targets and organisational objectives in the most competitive markets.
- Be aware of and comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines such as those set out by the European Securities and Markets Authority in relation to automated trading and direct market access.
- Be aware of and comply with all applicable FCA regulations and guidelines.
Suitable candidates will be UK based and have a proven record in a prime broking / sales capacity
- Extensive knowledge of trading business practices DMA/EDA/Trading Algorithms,
- Expert knowledge of Cash Equity, FX, Futures and Options products from execution to settlement cycle,
