Our client is an established Global Asset Manager that has a core focus on Real Estate and has recently completed capital raising to launch a new European Structured Debt Fund.
The core focus on the fund is to provide senior lending to Commercial Real Estate borrowers across Continental Europe but with an emphasis on UK transactions. The fund will be roughly £350 Million, targeting loans of £15 - 35 Million on prime real estate assets.
The ideal candidate will currently be working in a Loan Origination / Real Estate Lending role, have a comprehensive deal list of sourcing UK deals over the last 5 years and possess strong credit analysis and structuring skills. Only candidates who have been sourcing UK Commercial Real Estate loans during the last 5 years will be considered for this role.
