VP, Mezzanine Private Equity recruitment
The fund consists of highly skilled professionals who are able to identify investment opportunities in fast growing companies in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and other countries of the former Soviet Union. You will be based in Moscow.
The role:
- Identify new investment opportunities in FMCG, Telecom and other ‘light’ industries and build a pipeline of prospective target companies
- Leading all aspects of the investment originating new transactions – both off-market and via intermediaries
- Monitoring of fund’s current portfolio of investments and preparing investment updates
- Team work with experienced private equity investment professional
Your professional background:
- Private equity or mezzanine experience is not essential, but you must understand how mezzanine Private Equity functions
- Investment banking or Big 4 experience is a plus
- Strong skills to originate investments, plus a excellent business network in Russia/CIS and Ukraine
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships based on trust
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong network of investors and entrepreneurs in the country of location
- Native in Russian and fluent in English
Base salary is competitive and there is a discretionary bonus + carry
