VP, Product Management
This is a unique opportunity for you to become part of the Central-Cross Border FX payments team. The role has a global remit with responsibility to execute, commercialize, drive and provide strategic direction to the product with regards to Cross border and FX payments in the Transaction Banking business.
This includes:
- Driving the Cross Border and FX payments agenda that will enhance the underlying
Product Fee and FX PL
- Providing inputs on the development of the larger Cross Border and Payables agenda
and develop and drive initiatives under those
- Support the head of the Cross Border FX Payments on ongoing initiatives and
enhancing the PL efficiency of the product
Key Roles Responsibilities:
- Hands on execution and driving key product initiatives that will include launching new
products in existing and existing ones in new markets, enhancing existing offerings
- Ability to identify opportunities to enhance the overall product experience
- Interact with functional and cross functional partners across Sales, Product Development, Operations, Technology, Service etc on global, regional and country basis to ensure product agenda's are prioritized and activities are aligned and delivered in line with the Product, Country Segment Agenda.
- Exceed expectations product agenda objectives/rollout from a time and revenue
perspective
- Support sales teams by deal engagements, identifying and executing opportunities to
drive growth
Qualifications and skills:
- 6-8 years of Transaction Bank product, solutions delivery or Operations with more emphasis on product experience within Cross Border/FX Payments-Cash Management at Country or Regional level
- To have FX payments experience -including working of Payments Platforms, working
knowledge of SWIFT and FX /FCY payments
- Graduate or post graduate qualified with related experience of Transaction banking
- Self starter, Self motivated, driven, ability to get hands on, analytical, ability to engage, and influence. Strategic thinking and ability to drive to the next level of performance of self and team
- Ability to work, interact with cross functional teams across regions, well written and
spoken capabilities including client interactions and senior business interactions
- Ability to step up to challenges and the opportunities that the bank overall provides
- Ability to develop, own, drive, function independently in real and virtual teams spread across geographies and regions.
