VP Structured Execution

As an influential and integral part of the front office, the Structured Execution team develops, delivers and structures complex bespoke products and transactions across all asset classes for the firm’s wholesale and retail clients. A rare opportunity now exists for an outstanding individual to further their career in this unique team, with a particular focus on wholesale mandates.
Working with originators across fixed income, high yield, structured debt, distressed and special situations, you will be required to design and implement new products, platforms and structured finance transactions. You will ensure the best commercial outcome is reached for the bank and its clients whilst balancing regulatory, accounting, tax and legal considerations and operational constraints. The role involves significant negotiation with clients and internal and external service providers, project management responsibilities and delivery of complex transaction documentation. You will manage new product approval processes, ensure that adequate management reporting is in place, and resolve any issues with the current product suite.
Legally and tertiary qualified, you will likely be in either a structuring/execution role at another investment bank or practice with between 5 and 8 years debt financing. You will have a commercial mindset, proactive approach and the ability to close transactions with multiple stake holders and objectives across a discerning audience.
