VP/Head of Compliance recruitment
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO of Asia, some of your responsibilities include:
- Advise business units on compliance matters, specific to areas of expertise
- Review and approve materials to ensure they comply with rules and regulation
- Develop and implement procedures to monitor business activities, as well as internal policies
- Ensure AML/KYC processes and systems are in place and comply with local regulations
- Work with SFC and HKMA on corporate and individual licensing, CPT matters
- Hold and run compliance related presentations and training sessions
- Participate in ad-hoc compliance projects
Requirements:
- Law or Accounting Degree holder with 6+ year’s compliance experience, preferably in financial institutions
- Compliance background and experience is a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills - Fluent in English and Chinese
- Accurate and efficient completion of tasks
- Knowledge in HK SFC and HKMA regulatory rules
