Our client, a leading London based Insurance firm are currently recruiting for an Intranet Assistant to work as part of their growing Online marketing team.
The Intranet Assistant will be responsible for performing regular checks to ensure that the intranet functionality is working as expected, maintaining the Intranet home page, including adding and amending announcements and ensuring content on the page is kept up to date and maintain the company directory.
Further more you will manage the team mailbox and provide support to the business when updating intranet content. You will also chair weekly editorial meeting and control the flow of news stories and emails to the business.
