Description of position:

This person will be responsible for selling Tradeweb’s products, increasing trade volume and usage, generating new ideas that represent customer issues and presenting cross-selling opportunities. They will partner with customers to understand needs, bring feedback to market managers and facilitate the partnership between Tradeweb and customer to maximize product usage with existing customers as well as prospect new customers.

 

Background:

The candidate should have a strong understanding of fixed income markets, products, trade processes, and a business understanding of buy-side and sell-side traders. Excellent presentation skills are essential to the role, along with interpersonal communication skills. A four year degree is required for this role.

 

Responsibilities/accountabilities:

•             Steer and support product campaigns/promotions

•             Upselling to existing customers

•             Training customers on new product enhancements

•             Facilitating partnership with Tradeweb and clients
