x2 Associate/ VP – Financial Crime Analytics recruitment

Assist with the management and development of the global anti financial crime coordination programme
Relationship management with key business areas and infrastructure stakeholders that are key dependencies for successful financial crime analysis
Critical review diverse data sources to identify sources of risk indicators to feed the ongoing development of anti financial crime analysis
Responsible for ongoing data sourcing and management (e.g. quality assurance, analysis, and the production and distribution of Management Information).
Analysing and filtering industry information, and undertaking analysis of our clients financial crime data sources
Staff management of a junior analyst to ensure quality of data analytics produced and rigorous testing of analytical model/approach.
Draft slides and detailed reports for inclusion in global management reports and the global anti financial crime committee and special interest slides on topical financial crime issues
Administration of ad-hoc deliverables/requirements to support the anti financial crime committee
Process design and implementation over anti financial crime analytics programme

Knowledge Experience:

A working knowledge of the various activities conducted within a global investment bank;
Experience of new process implementation and detailed analytics.
Banking, Financial Crime or Intelligence background

Relationship Management:

Ability to present self credibly and build effective relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. senior management from different areas of the bank, Human Resources, peer agencies (law firms, authorities and other financial institutions).

Communication Reporting Skills:

Good report writing skills with ability to draft communications materials to a high standard (accuracy, clarity of message, level of detail consistency) for use by senior management.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse financial crime scenarios and identify issues, assess relevant data sets for analytical review, devise analytical process
Ability to direct targeted data analytics over large volumes of data
