AVP – HR Business Partner – Asian Bank recruitment
Our client is a leading Bank with a strong footprint in Asia, posting healthy profits thus far. There now exists an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner to look after the Risk Management business.
You will be expected to take ownership of the Risk Management Business in Singapore, covering full spectrum of responsibility. This includes talent management, succession planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, compensation bonus cycles, employee engagement and adhoc HR projects and initiatives. The successful incumbent will develop and maintain effective relationships with your business group and other stakeholders in order to become a true business partner.
The successful candidate should be degree qualified, possessing 7 - 10 years of HR Generalist experience. You should have demonstrable ability to influence and manage stakeholders, good multi-tasking and time management skills, in order to succeed in a fast paced environment. You should be proactive and able to think strategically to transform business needs into HR objectives. In addition, you are able to work independently within a multi-cultural environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
