A top tier investment bank in Asia, are now looking for a CB professional to join their regional HR centre of excellence team.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits and leading a small team, you will work directly with HR and the business in order to develop and devise competitive compensation programmes through research and analysis. Specifically you will lead CB programs from planning, design to implementation; participate in salary reviews and surveys; drive new policy changes; ensure alignment on global initiatives and manage ad hoc CB projects and initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree educated, you will possess a minimum of 6 years direct compensation experience, with ideally 3 years spent working within an in house reward function.
- Financial services experience would be advantageous, however not essential, and candidates from outside of this sector will be considered. Preference will be given to any candidates that have worked within the consulting field of compensation.
- This is a senior position and will need a person who has ideally worked within a large MNC and preferably with senior business stakeholders.
- English language skills are essential with Cantonese or Mandarin being advantageous.
