Compensation Business Analyst – Management Accounting recruitment
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of the Compensation accounting system.
- Ensure standardisation of the financial reporting process and development of the financial policies relating to Reward SME's in terms of Reward accounting policy and working directly with country Financial Control functions.
- Responsible for the monthly reporting and control performance management processes relating to the monitoring of Reward impact against forecast and budget plans.
- Review and align variable compensation numbers presented to the Rewards committee for approval with Group Financial system numbers.
- Build forecast models for performance targets impact on compensation, impact of share price movement and share options charge.
Skills/Experience
Essential
- Finance related undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Professional accounting qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Compensation/Reward accounting within Banking.
- Ability to liaise with a large number of stakeholders.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver on tight deadlines maintaining highest quality standards.
Preferable
- Experience of working on a Project to implement a global system, including:
- Defining and documenting requirements.
- Writing and executing test cases.
- Documenting and communicating changes to processes.
- Documenting and delivering training material.
