Compliance Director recruitment

Key responsibilities will include management of the international compliance team, supporting the board of directors in delivering strategic objectives, developing a compliance strategy through continued training and monitoring, assisting in the development of new policies and procedures, taking a lead role in sanctions and anti-money laundering compliance activities, and working closely with the general counsel in managing the firm's relationship with external regulators.

Candidates should have previous experience gained within a similar role, ideally within the insurance sector. A legal background is preferred, however strong candidates from a more general compliance background will also be considered. This is a high profile role within a highly reputable organisation.
