Head of Sales – Forex, CFDs and Futures recruitment
Main duties
- Identify and establish relationships with new partners and distributors
- Create and execute Sales Marketing plans
- Manage the Sales and Support activities for all the desks (Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and China )
- Working closely with the Team Coordinators for each desk to ensure that all the desks are developed in line with company targets
- Educate and guide all members of the different desks
- Oversee and manage all issues generated on the desks on a day to day basis
- Carry out regular 1 to 1 meetings with individuals on the desks and ensure their development is on-going
Essential skills
- Experience of building a management strategy that will facilitate the growth of the business
- An excellent track record in increasing team performances and demonstrable ability to motivate, inspire and manage individuals (minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams)
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in the FX brokerage sector and excellent knowledge of products such as CFDS, FX, Futures
- Fluent English speaker and one other European language
Desirable skills
- Fluent in other European languages such as Italian, German, French, Spanish
- Experience of using MetaTrader
- Experience of using CRM systems i.e. Salesforce
Qualifications
- Qualification relevant to the financial markets and investments from either UK or European arena
