Reporting direct to the Regional Head of HR for Asia Pacific you will be responsible for a key front office business group. Due to a sophisticated centre of excellence function this role becomes a full time business orientated position, allowing you to sit and work direct with the senior stakeholders to understand the key people issues and look to build a road map that leads them around the main problems. There will be one person reporting direct to this role and you will be required to mentor this individual, guiding them through their early career and developing them in all aspects of HR. Alongside the regional piece you will work with Global to ensure that your business is globally aligned while also respecting the regional nuances.

We are looking for an effective HR communicator, someone who thrives in a fast paced, yet political environment. As an individual you will need to be solution driven, calling upon your years of experience for immediate fixes, while also using the expertise around you to develop more sophisticated responses. Ideally with a background in financial services, we are looking for someone with 7-10years experience as a strong HR professional. People from professional services will be considered for the role. English is essential with Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous. In addition to this we are looking for:

• A degree education

• A strong demonstration of true HR Business partnering

• Presence and experience working with senior stakeholders

• A service orientated individual
