Essential Responsibilities:

Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including performance management, salary planning/reward management, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and recruitment and selection * Being a competent project manager, which will see you thriving on partnering with our functional and country HR managers to implement strategies and drive HR initiatives. * Ensuring we have a dynamic pipeline of talent, through using rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees * Management of HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Ideally you have established yourself as a HR Manager within a highly matrixed and international organization. * You’ll also possess excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization * Strong Coaching skills – with a demonstrated ability to work with senior management * Able to energize and inspire others * Ability to support clients in multiple locations and open to travel * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills * Strong understanding of the application of local labour laws and government requirements From an education perspective you’ll ideally have a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices has been gained.
