HR Risk Manager recruitment

Working closely with Risk and Compliance, you will represent HR Directors and the Global HR function through the business to oversee and shape governance processes and forums.

Key responsibilities will include:
Manage the identification of HR and Operations people risks and audit issues globally, ensuring effective management, mitigation and control together with the meeting of reporting requirements for Front Office HR.
Monitor, identify and ensure effective action planning for HR issues associated with roles that include Controlled Functions 1-20 and their incumbents, ensuring that relevant FSA regulatory requirements which fall to Divisional HR are met.
Monitor and co-ordinate business continuity for Front Office HR, ensuring effective Incident Management and Business Continuity processes and people capabilities are in place enabling the recovery of HR, and supporting the business when an event occurs.

The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
Proven experience of working in risk management across a business unit.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the FSA and other regulatory regimes and associated issues. Has worked in a number of business areas and understands the broader business issues.
Management of cross-functional projects demonstrating the importance of incorporating people matters and risk into business plans and process.
