About our client
Our client is a leading software venture capital fund. With a great track record and future funds recognised they are hoping to hire an investment manager to support senior professionals. You will be supporting an ambitious team with in-depth TMT knowledge on all their deals.
Responsibilities
- You will support the partners in all aspects of the fund from sourcing investments, portfolio monitoring and exits
- Through research and attending meetings you will help originate opportunities, conduct due diligence and work towards completing the investment
- You will help market the fund to external stakeholders
- This is a partner track role for the right person
Skills required
- Knowledge and experience of the TMT sector through working for a VC/PE fund, consultancy firm, investment bank, corporate finance/transaction services, or in industry with exposure to new technologies
- An understanding of venture capital and/or private equity
- Be financially literate and able to create basic financial models and analysis
- You will have excellent communication skills and empathy with high growth companies
