Supporting a dynamic group of employees of partners regionally, the applicant will manage the delivery of professional HR consulting services that contribute to the growth in capability of the team. Working closely with senior partners, you will provide consultative business support on talent management, staff engagement and culture, workforce planning, and learning and development activities.
Applicants will need to show evidence of their ability to liaise with client groups and identify at the strategic level ways of significantly enhancing capabilities that facilitate sustained business growth and efficiencies. Solid ability to subtly influence and impact outcomes, and resolve issues and conflict will be critical. Highly-developed execution skills and ability to structure solutions that meet business needs via high level planning, prioritising, effective utilisation of resources, and project management are will be a prerequisite. Experience gained within a multi-faceted partnership environment is preferred. Candidates must have deep experience working in the acrossAsia.
