Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning and Development and managing a small team across Asia, you will partner with regional management in the development, implementation and strategic direction of all learning talent management initiatives across all client groups in the APAC region. Working closely with HR business partners and business leaders you will provide solutions to enable delivery on client business strategies.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 10 years proven track record in the LD/Talent Management space within Financial Services Industry.
- An innovator who is able to recommend and implement new ideas.
- You will be a strong leader and an outstanding communicator with the ability to influence senior managers.
- Fluency in English is essential. Other Asian languages will be an advantage.
