Regional HR Director – Singapore recruitment
Duties
• Drive strategies, roadmaps, innovation and continuous improvement of the Talent Learning Infrastructure and system.
• Facilitate effective people strategy development discussions with management teams support managers in forecasting planning talent pipeline within BU strategy
• Drive process optimization and necessary change initiatives.
• Establish, maintain and review talent and learning standards, frameworks and vendor empanelment process for effective execution.
• Coach individual BU leaders to increase performance ensure a strong leadership coaching culture.
• Anticipate change, influence support org change; call out impacts need to plan for it, design apply change management.
Requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with 10 years+ in a leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to drive an implement organisation transformation
• Must be flexible, collaborative and credible
