Regional Sales Manager

Job Location: Hong Kong

Coverage: South China and HK
Reports to: Head of Sales Greater China
Main Responsibilities:
To achieve a NBV and margin, sales team management target in compliance with the company China business strategy. For this purpose, the applicant will:
- Animate, follow up and support the company Identified Vendors and business targets;
- Develop new and existing business relationships with clients and suppliers;
- Arrange calls and visits to Clients referred either by these vendors or identified by the company and the group in order to:
o issue quotations within a pricing delegation;
o lead negotiation with end users;
o prepare credit request and collect necessary information for credit assessment by the Risk department;
o manage contractual documentation signature;
- Provide follow-up service to clients as referred by vendors;
- Identify and initiate new business sources in line with the company South China/HK business strategy;
- Ensure close working with Risk and Operations Department to guarantee risk control and achievement of the proposed transactions;
- Ensure regular reporting on business activities.
- Manage and expand sales team in east China to meet the company target in both revenue and profitability;
- Ensure sales team support for collection;
- Ensure sufficient pipeline management and monitoring.

- Ability to deliver reports and summaries according to high standards and in English
- Detail oriented and analytical mind with effective project management skills;
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity to different business styles in working with other regions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
- Ability to rapidly qualify opportunities and assess market/business partners trends/needs. 

Personal Skills requirements:
- Fluent English (writing and speaking) required;
- Successful 7-10 years experience in the leasing or at least in the medium term financing activity;
- University degree;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Effective problem solving and issue resolution skills;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
