Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking recruitment
Our client is a Middle Eastern bank which offers a wide range of customized products and services across the Gulf region. In their continuous effort to be the most recognized Islamic Bank in the world, they are currently looking to appoint a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
- Generating profitability through investment business as well as planning activities so as to achieve the revenue targets
- Assess the risk of establishing banking relationships with new clients
- Ensure quality and consistent service delivery at all touch points for all clients
- Continuously provide feedback on competitive activities to the product and business teams to track market developments
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environments and adapt appropriately
Requirements:
- Good University degree in a relevant field with 7 years banking experience, preferably in Corporate Banking
- Willing to work flexible hours to personally meet and develop clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage both peers as well as senior leadership
- Has a strong business and customer focus
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve goals and deadlines
- Provide guidance to less experienced RMs for them to grow professionally and assume higher responsibility and goals in the long run
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
