Sales Executive/ Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:

Sales Development and Management
* Generate sufficient sales leads and pipeline to achieve sales target in the territory.
* Achieve the sales order targets as agreed.
* Manage the sales process with reasonable independence in a cost-effective manner.
* Deliver sales proposals and manage bid processes within time and budget.
* Manage client relationships to facilitate successful closure of contracts.
* Produce accurate information and produce the required sales documentation in a timely manner
* Produce accurate monthly progress reports to the Head of MDIS (the Employer may vary the
* Employee's duties, responsibilities and reporting lines in accordance with organisational
* requirements).

Customer Relationship Management
* Anticipate client’s needs and offer solutions that meet their needs.
* Manage customer relationships with senior executives that support our business plan with the
* customer.

Channel/Marketing Development
* Identify high value channel partnership opportunities
* Create strong relationships with develop distributors and alliances partners
* Execute partner incentive programs in accordance with organization’s policy and practices
* Recommend and execute marketing plans to enhance brand value of the company in the region.   
Position Requirements   Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Business/Computer/Marketing
* At least 6 years of relevant sales and business development experience with proven track record
* preferably in a vendor environment
* Working knowledge in banking operations, banking solutions offering, complex sales
* management, value selling propositions and bid management is essential
* Excellent knowledge of financial services, trend, product functionality, IT processes and
* Processes
* Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently
* Excellent customer management skills
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
