Senior HR Business Partner recruitment

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a leading logistics organisation in Singapore. The role is for a Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner and is a blend of operational responsibilities and Business Partnering within a fast paced and evolving organisation. This role involves engaging with senior leaders in Singapore and additionally the UK and US. The role is based within Singapore, although travel will be occasionally required to countries across the Asia region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Generalist/BP and have worked in an international organisation, ideally with HR exposure in India and Malaysia. The person must be comfortable making HR decisions and have a desire to build relationships internally.

The main aspects of the role include:-

Building strong internal relationships with senior leaders

Operational HR duties - 50%

Providing and being main point of expertise on employment legislation, practice and trends

Employee relations

Employee engagement

Attrition monitoring and intervention

HR business programme implementation

Absence reporting and management

Employee relocations

Exit interview, trend analysis and reporting

Experience and background desired

Minimum 5 years as a HR Generalist/Business Partner

Strong knowledge ofSingaporeemployment legislation

International experience, ideally HR exposure to India and Malaysia
