– Responsible for drafting and negotiating 1992 and 2002 ISDA master agreements, CSAs and related documentation (Novation agreements, CFD Annexes and Amendments) with variety of clients, including financial instructions, securities firms, corporate, hedge funds, prime brokerage relationships and private wealth management clients.
