Lignite Planner The Oak Grove facility is a two unit solid fuel power plant located near Franklin, Texas. The Oak Grove facility consists of two PC units, with a cumulative net capacity of 1,600,000 KW and utilizes locally produced lignite coal as fuel source. This position is responsible for all aspects of supervision, planning, project management and contractor coordination.
